Sailesh Mishra comes from small town near Mumbai, did his graduation in Mumbai’s premier Institute Wilson College. He has been involved in Elder Care since 2004.He left the corporate sector after working for 15 years in various roles in Sales and Marketing. His commitment to do something different and to contribute to society propelled him into the social sector and now he is involved in Elder Care, Alzheimer’s and in development of less fortunate Children. Perusing his dream to start his own NGO, he started a forum called ‘People for Social Cause’ and spearheaded the social awareness campaign among the common man especially the net friendly youngsters. He is presently working as a Consultant and Advisor to NGO’s. His down to earth attitude and eager willingness to help others has made him a well known figure in the social sector and among the people who now him.


Hendi Lingiah is a Clinical Psychologist from Paris, she is an Indian Origin born and brought up in France. Her passion to work in India brought her to be associated with a project for Elderly near Mumbai. She was instrumental in starting India’s first 24 x 7 care center for people suffering from Alzheimer’s. Her commitment and dedication towards her work is commendable. She promotes psycho – social care for Elderly in close association with medicals and is currently working in Paris at Communal Center for Social Action, Gerontology Coordination for Elderly.Code of Ethics for Psychologist


Prof Parul Kilbilwala is working as lecturer in Leelabai Thackersey College of Nursing SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai since 1995. She is involved in community work and has been proactive in implementing social projects in rural India. She is also active in working with Elderly and promoting the cause of Dementia. She is also involved in Geriatric Training and alternate therapy. Her simple and workaholic nature has made her sought after among her students and colleagues.


Swati Ingole is MSW from Nagpur University with specialization in “Medical and psychiatric social work”. She has experience of working with Children’s and Elderly. Being trained in rural and urban area gives her advantage to reach out to people and address their psycho – socio problem. She is passionate to work with Elderly and is presently working with The Family Welfare Agency, at their UHC Dharavi, Mumbai.
